Mattress Store One-Year Warranty

Coverage:

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that may arise in the mattress purchased from H&H Furniture & Mattress within the first year of ownership.

Terms and Conditions:

• The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on the original sales receipt.

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• This warranty covers defects such as sagging, stitching defects, and material flaws that impact the mattress's normal use.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

• To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact H&H Furniture & Mattress within the warranty period with a detailed description of the issue and a copy of the original sales receipt.

• H&H Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before proceeding with any warranty service.

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, H&H Furniture & Mattress will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective mattress or component.

• In the event of a replacement, the warranty coverage will continue from the original purchase date and not from the replacement date.

• Any transportation or shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• This warranty is limited to the mattress and does not cover any accessories, such as bed frames or bedding.

• H&H Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal changes in mattress softness or comfort preferences.

• Mattress damage due to improper handling during transportation or setup.

• Stains, odors, or damage caused by spills, accidents, or improper cleaning.

• Any mattress used in a commercial setting.

• Mattresses sold as "as-is" or floor models.
